Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Ironclad Environmental Solutions focused on driving revenue growth in the assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and delivering sales presentations. Responsibilities include providing technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites; collaborating with Branch and Regional Management to develop annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals; interpreting blueprints and CADD documentation; staying current on industry trends and competitors; maintaining customer records and opportunities in CRM; and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include 4+ years of sales experience or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce), strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to dust/noise/hazardous materials, proven territory/account growth, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with up to 10% overnight travel. Industry experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration, and Petrochemical/Construction/Mining/Oil & Gas management is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials
- Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals
- Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to 10% overnight travel required
