Outside Sales Rep

Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep responsible for maximizing revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries as a single point of contact, prospecting and qualifying new accounts (including competitor accounts), collaborating with specialty division representatives to promote cross-selling, developing sales action plans, and delivering presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Uses CRM tools (Salesforce.com) to develop a pipeline, monitors competitors and market conditions, and performs other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of sales experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
