Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep responsible for maximizing revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory by cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries, prospecting and qualifying new accounts (including competitor accounts), collaborating with specialty division reps for cross-selling, developing sales action plans, and delivering presentations using CRM tools to build a robust pipeline. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, plus a valid driver's license. Compensation includes base salary and monthly commissions with onboarding incentives; position is safety-sensitive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
