Outside Sales Rep

Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined geographical territory by prospecting and qualifying new accounts, including dormant or competitor accounts. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiary companies, acting as the single point of contact. Collaborate with specialty division representatives to promote cross-selling and develop sales action plans. Prepare and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients while utilizing Sales Force.com to manage the pipeline. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. Compensation includes a base salary and monthly commissions with a performance-based range of $70,000-$110,000.
