Job Summary
Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined territory; maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries as the single point of contact; prospect and qualify new accounts from existing, dormant, or competitor accounts; collaborate with specialty division reps to promote cross-selling; prepare sales action plans, develop and deliver presentations of company products and services; utilize CRM tools to build a robust pipeline; monitor competitors and market conditions; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
