Outside Sales Rep

Outside Sales Rep responsible for maximizing revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory, prospecting and qualifying new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries, collaborating with specialty division representatives for cross-selling, developing and executing sales action plans, and delivering presentations of company products and services. Must build strong client relationships, demonstrate consultative selling and negotiation skills, and utilize CRM tools (Sales Force.com) to develop a robust pipeline. Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred; base salary plus monthly commissions with onboarding incentive.
