Job Summary
Results Contracting is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Rep to assess property damage, assist clients through the insurance claim process, and close exterior restoration projects. Preferred candidates have sales experience in roofing/exterior restoration and knowledge of insurance claims.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience (roofing/exterior restoration or insurance claims preferred)
- Knowledge of the insurance claim process for storm damage restoration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable performing roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to earn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate, Hover, or similar platforms
- Tech-savvy (CRM usage, mobile apps, estimate tools, etc.)
