Required Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales or business development
- Proven ability to identify and close new opportunities
- Technical literacy in data-center related systems (MEP/controls) is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and engage multiple levels of decision-makers
- Strong communication and hunter mentality
