Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, providing leadership for account growth, and maintaining a robust CRM database. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial sales, preferably in steel pipe, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Required skills include strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of customer relationship management. Compensation includes a competitive salary, auto allowance, and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a sales role of industrial sales preferably in steel pipe
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong understanding of applications for steel pipe, fittings and flanges
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel and Outlook
- Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude
