Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep in the Houston, TX area whose responsibilities include running scheduled estimate appointments with homeowners, inspecting homes and recommending gutter solutions, quoting gutter installation, guards, repairs, and cleaning, following the company sales process and pricing, submitting clean paperwork, following up on estimates, and self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and canvassing. Requires strong communication and closing skills, comfort with evenings and some Saturdays, and the ability to use a CRM and basic technology. Compensation is commission-based or base plus commission with potential for incentives; strong income potential for top performers in a high-demand home services category.
