Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative drives new business in a defined territory through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities include traveling on an 8-week routing schedule to visit customers, prospecting leads via cold calls and trade shows, building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored product presentations, negotiating and closing deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, collaborating with marketing and customer service, maintaining CRM records, staying informed on industry trends, and submitting activity/performance reports. Key skills include proven outside sales success (B2B preferred), strong communication, relationship-building, self-motivation, organization, negotiation and closing, problem-solving, resilience, and willingness to travel; candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
