Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep I will drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting Porcelanosa products to customers in the field. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, targeting the A&D community, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, attending industry events/tradeshows, utilizing CRM to track customer data, quoting prices and preparing proposals, handling billing disputes when necessary, monitoring sales and margins, assisting showroom activities, prospecting for new opportunities, following up on leads, and maintaining CRM records. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field, a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience (A&D experience highly preferred), ability to travel regionally, familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. The role is temporary for 12 months with a hybrid work arrangement and includes competitive compensation with base salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
