Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep selling high-end technology integration to homeowners and businesses. Develop a steady referral flow from architects, GCs, owners’ reps, and interior designers; land and nurture clients; close deals to drive revenue; manage pipeline and activities in CRM; in-person role based in Lake Orion, MI with base compensation of $60k plus commissions, and benefits including medical, 401k match, PTO, holidays, company vehicle, and equipment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; travel not emphasized beyond local territory; target to grow year-over-year comp (2024+ projected $110k+ in total compensation in Year 1, increasing with performance).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outside or field sales preferred
- Experience selling to homeowners and commercial clients a plus
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (log all leads, opportunities, activities)
- Willingness to work in-person in Lake Orion, MI
- Valid driver’s license and field sales readiness
