Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep for Lelch selling high-end technology integration to discerning residential and commercial clients. You will develop a steady referral network from Architects, GCs, Owners’ Reps, Interior Designers, and other trades; build and maintain client relationships; close deals to drive revenue; manage a CRM pipeline; and attend 6–8 networking/industry events (incl. local BNI). Base compensation starts at $60k with project commissions (1% of pre-tax gross sales) and typical yearly bonuses, with potential progression to full commission (6% of pre-tax gross sales) after ramping. Yearly targets include generating at least $1.0M in Year 1, $1.5M in Year 2, and higher in subsequent years. Benefits include healthcare, 401k with 4% match, 10 days PTO and 8 holidays, and employee discounts. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with an in-person office in Minnetonka/St. Louis Park, MN.
