Job Summary

Outside Sales Rep responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing generator inspections and related service offerings, building and maintaining B2B relationships with facility managers and industrial operators, conducting onsite needs assessments, developing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering proposals and service agreements in coordination with internal teams. Requires prospecting, cold outreach, CRM discipline, and effective communication of technical information to drive service-based opportunities in generator services and related industrial/equipment solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience; industrial or commercial equipment service sales preferred
  • Experience selling generator services, HVAC, electrical services, or other mechanical/equipment-based solutions is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and new business development (hunter mindset)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic technical information related to equipment inspections and service programs
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
