Job Summary
Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new sales and revenue. Cultivate strong client connections as a trusted advisor, ensuring needs are met efficiently while negotiating favorable contract terms and renewals. Collaborate with the Sorma USA Team to develop tailored strategies for key accounts and maximize market penetration. Regularly meet clients to identify opportunities, provide innovative solutions, and deliver accurate written proposals. Research potential new customers, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback on performance and projections. Attend trade shows and industry training events. Manage company resources responsibly and maintain accurate expense records. Overnight travel up to one week is required, and a clear driving record is necessary for company vehicle usage.

- Clear driving record for company vehicle usage
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or five years sales and marketing experience within the agricultural packaging and/or machinery field preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain honest and ethical interpersonal relationships
- Working knowledge of computer programs for administrative use, such as Microsoft Office Suite
