Job Summary
Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, and entries; assess customer needs and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance. Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify revenue streams, develop proposals for existing issues, and propose service enhancements. Complete home diagrams in the Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer challenges, follow up on proposals to close sales, and provide expert knowledge for new service installations. Perform daily sales activities using the company CRM while traveling up to 100% of the time within assigned territories. This role requires lifting up to 20 lbs, navigating stairs and confined spaces, and operating a motor vehicle safely.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently, whether that's lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean
- Must be comfortable dealing with different pests (spiders, flies, mosquitos, rodents, etc.)
- Must be okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training in sales
- At least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
