Job Summary
Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, and entry points, then sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers. Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians to identify revenue streams, develop proposals for existing issues, and ensure satisfactory job completion on new service installations. Use the Sales CRM to complete home diagrams, track daily activities, and follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities. Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s) while operating a motor vehicle and safely handling equipment. Lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 11–20 lbs frequently, working in confined spaces such as basements and crawl spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently, whether that's lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean
- Must be comfortable dealing with different pests (spiders, flies, mosquitos, rodents, etc.)
- Must be okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training in sales
- At least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
