Job Summary
Outside Sales Professional responsible for selling Residential Pest Management Services and products to new and existing residential customers. Role includes assessing customer needs through consultations and home pest assessments, developing proposals to address pest issues, collaborating with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians, partnering with Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities, and using a Sales CRM to document home diagrams and follow up on proposals. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 100%), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits Start Day 1 for full-time colleagues; base pay range $17.00-$23.00 per hour with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
- Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory
