Job Summary
Sell pest control solutions to residential customers, leveraging consultative needs assessment, CRM-based proposals, and collaboration with branches and service teams to close opportunities. Responsibilities include home pest inspections, presenting pest management options, building proposals, following up on past proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must be comfortable with travel within the assigned territory and physical requirements to inspect homes and operate company equipment. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license required; sales experience and strong communication skills are highly valued. Company offers competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings of $60,000+ and top earners at $100,000+ per year. 100% travel in territory may be required; full-time role with Day 1 benefits for colleagues.
