Job Summary

Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, and entries; assess customer needs to sell pest management solutions and preventative maintenance. Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify revenue streams, while developing proposals to resolve existing issues and propose service enhancements. Complete home diagrams in the Sales CRM, follow up on past proposals to close sales, and provide expert knowledge for new service installations. Safely operate a motor vehicle, navigate stairs and narrow surfaces, and work in confined spaces while wearing PPE as required. Travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle
Must be comfortable dealing with different pests (spiders, flies, mosquitos, rodents, etc.)
Must be okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Must be able to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
