Job Summary
Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads. Conduct property inspections to identify pest-related concerns and recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs. Present service options and pricing with confidence, follow up on opportunities to close new business, and maintain strong relationships through annual follow-up visits. Accurately document all sales activity and customer information within the CRM system while partnering with operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. This role offers a 15K guaranteed salary in the first four months, a company vehicle, and ongoing training for self-driven professionals in the Southeast.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass MVR check
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related studies is ideal but not required
- 2-4 years' prior experience in the pest control area preferred
- Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred
- Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services
