Job Summary
Conduct property inspections to identify pest control needs and generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development. Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses, then close deals while owning the full sales cycle from lead to service start. Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and consistently follow up on leads within 24 hours to win business. Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer issues quickly. Earn uncapped commission on recurring service sales with a company vehicle provided for territory travel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Desired Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
