Job Summary
Outside Sales Professional with uncapped commissions in pest-control/home-services territory. You’ll generate new business, inspect properties, develop customized service proposals, close deals, upsell services, and manage full sales cycles from lead to service start. Requires a valid driver’s license, background check, drug screening, and strong communication/closing skills; operates in the Vancouver, WA territory with company-provided vehicle and paid training. Seeking motivated, independent field seller with territory-management skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries (preferred)
