Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant focused on selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads and preset home improvement appointments. Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, traveling within the assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, and representing a national remodeling brand with a strong warranty. Requires independent work, a valid driver’s license, and completion of background check and drug screening. Opportunities include competitive commission/bonus, benefits, and internal training; appointments are preset with decision-makers, enabling a streamlined sales process in a home-improvement context.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
- Be able to work independently
- Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
