Job Summary
Lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team, directing in-field operations, territory planning, ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching to meet installs, conversions, and revenue targets. Drive KPI performance (doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs, churn), develop reps through daily huddles and training, ensure compliance with brand standards and local solicitation regulations, and cultivate a competitive, results-driven culture while managing travel locally.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience
- 1–2 years leading residential teams
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps
- Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments
- Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management
