Outside Sales Representative responsible for new business development within assigned territory, prospecting clients, meeting face-to-face with contractors, remodelers, and builders, educating them on Lansing Building Products’ products/services, and maintaining long-term relationships while meeting sales targets. Key activities include identifying leads, conducting 8–10 daily sales appointments, following the LansingSales cycle, using Salesforce for sales reporting, and delivering solutions to customers. Essential skills include strong communication and negotiation, ability to build rapport, time management, independence, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development
