Job Summary
Senior Outside Sales Executive responsible for prospecting, building a robust pipeline, and closing large facility-services deals in the Houston market. You will perform high-volume outreach, conduct in-person visits and presentations to decision-makers, sell consultative facility solutions, and consistently exceed revenue targets while partnering with internal teams to deliver elite service. The role requires a true hunter mentality, ability to open doors, network, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close. Compensation includes a base salary in the $60k–$80k range plus uncapped commissions, car allowance, full benefits, PTO, and ongoing sales training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Proven track record of crushing quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
