Outside Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing end users, contractors, and engineers while cultivating new business opportunities and long-term partnerships. Provide engineers and end users with professional product recommendations, technical support, and consistent follow-up to ensure successful project execution and maximize sales growth. Take initiative in scheduling customer meetings, coordinating product presentations and promotional events, and maintaining regular communication with your customer base. Attend product training sessions and actively participate in local industry associations, conferences, and trade shows. Travel to manufacturers and represented company locations for training and professional development as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience with industrial process equipment and pump sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professionalism and follow-through
