Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant traveling to pre-scheduled or self-generated in-home appointments to present and sell Windows USA products, deliver quotes, and support same-day buying decisions. Requires managing a sales pipeline, meeting 15+ weekly appointments (including evenings/weekends), and using CRM tools and iPads. Role emphasizes in-home consultations, product demonstrations, measurements, accurate documentation, and adherence to company pricing and materials, with uncapped commission potential and health benefits as part of an employee package while maintaining 1099 tax status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred
- Strong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radius
- Criminal background check required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
