Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant travels to pre-set or self-generated residential appointments to present Windows USA products, deliver quotes, and assist same-day purchasing decisions. Conducts in-home consultations and product demonstrations, utilizes iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information and proposals, and maintains a professional, customer-focused sales process. Requires 2+ years of outside, commission-based sales experience (home improvement preferred), ability to travel to assigned market, and availability for 15+ weekly appointments including evenings and weekends. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential; top performers can earn substantial annual income. Must complete Sales Certification prior to representing the company in the field; physical requirements include travel to residential locations and occasional ladder use.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radius
- Criminal background check required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
