Job Summary
Outside Sales Employee responsible for traveling to pre-set and self-generated in-home appointments to present Windows USA products, deliver quotes, and support same-day buying decisions. Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations, use iPads and CRM to manage customer information and proposals, and maintain professional, ethical, customer-focused sales practices. Requires 15+ weekly appointments (including evenings and weekends) in a field-based, residential in-home selling environment; role emphasizes closing sales, meeting quotes, and following approved pricing/tools. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and historically strong earnings in the $150k–$300k range; includes company-sponsored benefits eligibility and mandatory sales certification prior to independent field representation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Commission-based selling experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within 90-mile radius
- Criminal background check required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
