Training includes Sales Certification and Measurements Certification as needed. The role is field-based with travel to residential locations and in-home product demonstrations, ladder use, and measurement tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, with home improvement experience preferred
- Strong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environment
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver high-quality customer experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned market (typically within a 90-mile radius)
- Criminal background check required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform ladder-related tasks
- Must be able to travel to residential customer locations for in-home appointments
