Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant travels to pre-set or self-generated in-home appointments with homeowners to present Windows USA products, deliver quotes, and support same-day buying decisions. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations and product demonstrations, taking accurate measurements, completing sales documentation, using iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information, maintaining ethical, customer-focused sales practices, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires experience in outside commission-based sales, strong closing skills in an in-home environment, and availability for evenings and weekends; compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and typically reflects top performers earning $150,000 to $300,000+ annually based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radius
- Criminal background check required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
