Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant travels to pre-set or self-generated residential in-home appointments to present Windows USA products, deliver quotes, and support same-day buying decisions. Responsible for conducting in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and accurately measuring and quoting projects. Must manage a robust sales pipeline, utilize iPads and CRM tools, maintain a customer-focused approach, and participate in regular training. Requires 2+ years of outside, commission-based sales experience (home improvement preferred), ability to work evenings/weekends, and willingness to travel within a 90-mile radius. Compensation is commission-only with potential to earn $150,000–$300,000+ annually; role is field-based with travel to customer residences and in-home appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radius
- Criminal background check required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
