Job Summary
Outside Sales Associate grows sales and profitability by cultivating current customers and recruiting new ones within an assigned territory. The role promotes products, provides technical support, and conducts training for new and repeat customers, including visiting job sites to measure or provide client services and integrating industry partners into sales opportunities; requires strong product knowledge, market awareness, and effective customer-relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 2 years in a similar position (3 years preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Product/applications and wholesale distribution experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of budgets and budget tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
