Job Summary
Identify and target prospective customers through door-to-door visits, referrals, and marketing leads. Conduct in-person consultations to assess lawn care needs and recommend chemical treatment plans. Present and sell lawn care services, products, and packages to residential and commercial clients while building relationships to drive repeat business. Plan daily routes and appointments to maximize efficiency, then track sales activities and progress toward goals. Address customer questions and concerns promptly, and provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and utilize agronomic terminology and explain it to customers effectively
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
