Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant responsible for selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads. Focus on direct-to-consumer sales in a home-improvement context, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close, and traveling within the sales territory. Must be able to work independently, meet or exceed sales targets/KPIs, and operate within a competitive environment. Benefits include full-time W2 status, commission and bonuses, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K with match, and internal training programs. Lead-generating activities and appointments are pre-confirmed with decision makers; requires ability to travel and develop new business while representing a nationally recognized remodeling brand.
