Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant role focusing on selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with prescheduled leads; manage the end-to-end sales process from lead to close, in a territory across the mid-Atlantic to Midwest region. Requires direct-to-consumer sales experience, a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs, ability to work independently, travel throughout the sales territory, and strong customer-relations skills. Offers competitive commission/bonus, W2 employment, benefits, and opportunities for internal advancement; responsibilities include presenting solutions to homeowners, leveraging provided leads, and maintaining control of the process from start to finish. Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, and pass background and drug screening. There are multiple offices nationwide (27 offices, 18 states) and training programs available.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and KPI
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
