Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant responsible for selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to close, traveling within the assigned territory (Altoona, PA area), meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI’s, and earning commission/bonuses. The role requires direct-to-consumer sales experience, strong customer-relations skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a competitive, dynamic environment; travel within the territory is expected. The position offers a full-time W2 arrangement with benefits and opportunities for internal advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
- Be able to work independently
- Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
