Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant at Bath Fitter responsible for selling our premium bathroom remodeling products to homeowners using provided leads. The role emphasizes direct-to-consumer sales, territory travel across VA, and achieving sales targets with competitive commissions/bonuses. It includes full-time W2 employment, benefits (medical/dental/vision/life, 401K with match), and opportunities for training and internal promotion. You will manage the sales process from lead to close, engage homeowners, coordinate with decision makers, and travel within the assigned territory to secure appointments and convert leads into customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience in direct-to-consumer sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer-relations skills
