Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant responsible for selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads; requires direct-to-consumer sales experience, a proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets, ability to travel within the sales territory, independent work ethic, and a valid driver's license. Will manage client appointments, close sales, and contribute to commissions/bonuses within a full-time W2 role offering benefits and potential advancement. Emphasizes a customer-centric approach, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a competitive home-improvement sales environment. Key skills include lead generation, relationship-building with homeowners, achieving KPIs, and knowledge of remodeling products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
- Be able to work independently
- Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
