Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant role selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads. Responsibilities include securing sales, managing the full sales process from lead to close, traveling within the assigned territory (Peoria, IL area), and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Requires direct-to-consumer sales experience, strong customer-relations skills, a proven track record of achieving KPIs, a valid driver’s license, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
