Job Summary
Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process and secure agreements for bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels using West Shore Home's sales method. Deliver sales presentations in pre-set appointments averaging two hours each, supported by warm leads with no cold-calling required. Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops to maintain product knowledge and sales techniques. Follow a rotating schedule of Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday depending on the week, with availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with expected first-year earnings up to $200K+. Required Qualifications
- The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Weeks 3–4 Tues–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Must be available for sales appointments of about 2 hours each
- Must attend weekly team meetings and training workshops

- Must be able to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services
- Must be able to work without cold-calling or lead generation
- Must be able to perform pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen
