Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to evaluate existing HVAC equipment and comfort needs. Recommend replacement systems, energy-efficient solutions, and financing programs while explaining available equipment options and warranties. Prepare accurate proposals and pricing presentations, then guide customers through the purchasing decision process to close sales during scheduled appointments. Coordinate project details with operations and installation teams to maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable inspecting equipment in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and utility areas
- Professional communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on customer demand
