Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant at Alsco Uniforms responsible for driving branch growth by building a pipeline of new business, identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals. After a 13-week training period, you’ll identify and secure new customers, develop relationships, and deliver tailored linen, facility-services solutions to businesses in food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare. Territory covers Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Daily travel within the designated sales territory; operate a company vehicle; work with internal teams to onboard new customers; meet and exceed weekly quotas using Salesforce CRM; strong communication and interpersonal skills required to engage customers and colleagues. College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience; valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required. Compensation includes a base salary of $42,000–$45,000 with uncapped commissions, company vehicle, benefits, and performance bonuses.
