Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant role focusing on selling Bath Fitter remodeling solutions to homeowners using leads provided; travel within the defined sales territory; manage the complete sales process from lead to close; achieve/exceed sales targets and KPIs; must maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record; independent work style; requires ability to travel within territory and perform field sales; full-time W2 position with competitive commission/bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Be able to work independently
- Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
