Job Summary
Outside Sales Consultant role focusing on selling Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads; full-time W2 position with commission/bonus, benefits (health, 401K), and opportunities for advancement. Travel within the sales territory and independent work approach are required. Primary duties include engaging homeowners, managing sales cycles, meeting/exceeding sales targets, leveraging provided leads, and promoting Bath Fitter’s premium products with a Lifetime Warranty.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s
