Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships and generating revenue by promoting trench shoring equipment rental solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, managing client relationships, understanding client needs, educating on trench shoring equipment, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, collaborating with branch teams and the Houston Support Center, using Salesforce to track activities, and providing feedback on market dynamics. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, plus ability to work independently and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum (3) three years of sales experience in the industrial, construction, or rental industry preferred
- A valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record
- Travel requirements 25 – 30%
