Job Summary
As a Sales/Design Consultant at Coastal Pools, you'll be responsible for designing and selling swimming pools to customers, leveraging your expertise in pool design and customer engagement to create tailored solutions. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in design software and a thorough understanding of local regulations pertinent to pool construction. Achieve sales targets while fostering relationships within the industry and providing innovative design concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales/design in the pool industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and any required certifications
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Structure Studios, and JobTread
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of pool design, pool construction methods, equipment, and maintenance
